Special Pre-infusion Brew System Cycle - Pre-infusion allows you to get maximum flavor from the brewing process. This advanced system takes the newly ground coffee beans from the internal coffee grinder and correctly tamps the coffee. Next comes “pre-infusion”. This fully automatic espresso machine will take you from coffee bean to cup at the push of a button. Just add whole beans and water, and instantly you will have a perfectly extracted espresso.

With state-of-the-art technology, you can make all of your favorite espresso-based drinks, including cappuccinos, lattes, and even regular-strength coffee. The hot-water nozzle also dispenses hot water for tea or soup. Every cup of coffee is freshly ground, dosed, tamped, and brewed with consistent high quality in one cycle, all at the push of a button.

With a simple turn of the Spidem Villa's steam knob, you can you can use the steam wand and pannarello frothing device to froth milk easily for cappuccinos and lattes. The machine's conical burr grinder grinds the coffee before each dose is dispensed and can be adjusted to change the coarseness of the grind, allowing you to control the coffee's strength. The Spidem Villa also includes a brew button for brewing single and double shots. To change the strength of the coffee, the volume-adjustment knob can be turned to the right (less coffee) or to the left (more coffee) to regulate the amount of water used. You can even change the amount of coffee beans used for each beverage, from 6 to 9 grams, with the Opti-Dose adjustable doser. The Magic Cappuccino is Saeco's top line manual machine. It has all the best features - the patented pressure filter made from brass, two milk frothing devices and an electric cup warming surface for keeping your espresso and cappuccino cups almost hot. In addition, rotation of the steam knob activates a 3 function microswitch. In normal "coffee" mode turning the steam knob switch primes the boiler and delivers hot water for Americanos.

The Magic Cappuccino features Rapid-Steam? - in "steam" mode, when the steam valve is opened the switch immediately activates forcing the heat element in full-on mode and eliminating the steam "pressure drop" common to other machines.

The Magic Cappuccino features a patented brass "pressure portafilter" which allows the operator to control the speed and flow of espresso to maximize the amount of flavourful crema.The powerful 15 bar Ulka pump maximizes espresso and crema development. The Magic Cappuccino features two milk steaming accessories. The pannarello frother is used for easily frothing milk in a steaming pitcher. The pannerello frother can be simply removed and replaced with the cappuccinatore any time which enables milk to be drawn directly out of a cold milk container. The milk is then automatically steamed and dispensed into cup after cup of cappuccino! Perfect for dinner parties, the office or wherever speed and volume dictate. By turning the steam knob on (in coffee mode) hot water is easily dispensed for Americanos. The Magic Cappuccino has a handy cup warmer plate on top made of painted aluminum with an internal element. Our bench test showed an average surface reading of 60C ( 145F ).

An often overlooked feature but one which our customers appreciate is that by temporarily sliding the drip tray out group head clearance is increased by 2" up to 5 1/2" allowing most travel mugs to fit right under!
